Scott has been with Subway® for six years and currently is the Director of Development for ANZ. This includes overseeing of the remodel program, new restaurant pipeline and Franchising.
Scott has 35 years’ experience in QSR and the convenience industry, including over 20 years with McDonald’s and seven years with 7-Eleven. During this time, he worked across Operations and Development roles at State and National level.
