Sam has over 30 years’ experience in the food industry. Joining Subway® in 2018, Sam brings a wealth of experience as an accredited Food Safety Auditor and working across multiple facets within the food industry including new and existing product development, HACCP, GMP, food packaging and product quality. Sam was promoted to Director, APAC Food Safety & Quality in 2020 and leads a high performance FSQA team in her region.
