Paul Franklin

A Graduate from Melbourne University, Paul has been a Learning and Development Manager – International for Subway Systems Australia for over 18 years. His mission with SUBWAY® is to create and deliver great training to Franchisees, Managers and Territory Teams. He has over 40 years of management and facilitation experience in the Foodservice, Tourism and Training Industries. A product of the McDonalds Training System, Paul has been in senior company roles in London, South Africa and the United States, including 9 years as State Training Manager for Hungry Jack’s / Burger King – Queensland.
