Lee is an accomplished Quality Assurance professional with an extensive Product Commercialisation, Quality Management and New Product Development background. Previous to her five plus years at IPCA she gained her skill set, experience and knowledge through a vast career with numerous FMCG/Blue Chip Companies such as Woolworths Limited Australia, McDonald’s Restaurants Limited, Nestle, Tegel Foods and Ceres Enterprises Limited in New Zealand and Restaurant Brands, Pick ‘n Pay, Bromor Foods in South Africa. Lee is a highly motivated, hardworking goal driven individual who enjoys leading or being part of a high achieving team and strives to achieve an exceptional standard of quality within an organization, with proven practical skills and experience in the implementation and management of quality control and regulatory compliance. She has a thorough knowledge of Risk Management and Food Safety Programmes including GMP’s, HACCP. Animal welfare knowledge in both the poultry and beef industries and an in depth understanding of the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Code. Her core strengths lie in the ability to motivate and influence change where required, to efficiently and effectively tackle the tasks at hand, to think both strategically and creatively within competitively commercial environments thereby delivering technical excellence.
