She has over 30 years of management and facilitation experience in the Adult Education, Retail and Training Industries. She has specialized in guest service outcomes with large employers, particularly in the fields of Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement, including time in a Human Resource role with the largest private hospital in Queensland.
