Director, Marketing for Australia and New Zealand, Rodica joined Subway in January 2020. Rodica brings a wealth of knowledge to this role, with more than 20 years’ experience in marketing roles for many iconic leisure and retail brands both domestically and internationally.
At the helm of Subway’s marketing division in Australia and New Zealand, Rodica leads a cross-functional team dedicated to driving customer-centric initiatives that deliver franchisee profitability and commercial growth.
A passionate member of the Subway Executive Leadership Team, Rodica is driven by the pursuit of continuous improvement, increasing market share and fortifying Subway brand equity.
