Ben’s journey with Subway® began in August 2021 when he took on the role of Senior Manager of Culinary & Innovation for the Asia Pacific region. With over 21 years of culinary expertise spanning Canada, Taiwan, and Singapore, Ben has led kitchen brigades and driving culinary innovation. His tenure as a corporate chef for a top US dairy manufacturer saw him drive innovation initiatives for global brands like Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, Little Caesars, and McDonald’s across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa (APMEA) regions.
In May 2024, Ben was promoted to Head of Culinary & Innovation for the Asia Pacific region.
