Melissa has extensive loyalty strategy, program design, data insights, gifting, partnerships, technology and consumer marketing experience gained within Financial Services, Airlines, Telco, FMCG and Retail sectors including CommBank Awards, Virgin Velocity, Qantas, Optus Perks, Myer One and Countrywide Foodservice.
With over 20 years of loyalty and marketing expertise, Melissa has held senior leadership roles in client services and business development, within global full service loyalty and retail agencies.
