Mandy currently serves as Senior Director, Marketing and Transformation, Asia Pacific at Subway®. She is responsible for the Marketing, Culinary & Innovation organization across the region, as well as Strategic Planning, Analytics & Insights, PR and Sustainability.
As part of the APAC Leadership and Global Marketing Leadership teams, Mandy focuses on driving brand transformation by instilling a consumer-first and data driven mindset, elevating Marketing and Commercial capabilities and delivering brand initiatives that result in profitable sales growth.
Prior to joining Subway® in September 2016, Mandy worked in a variety of global, regional and business unit level roles at Procter & Gamble, Fonterra and General Mills.
