Current Head Coach of the Australian men’s senior national football team, the Subway Socceroos, having also represented his country as Socceroos cap number 334 prior to his managerial career.
With over three decades of experience, Arnold has established himself as one of the most successful Australian football coaches of all time. He has won numerous domestic titles in the A-League, FFA Cup, while also leading the Central Coast Mariners to the AFC Champions League final in 2008.
As the Subway Socceroos’ Manager, Arnold has instilled a strong ethos of hard work, discipline, and tactical flexibility within the team. Under his guidance, the team has undergone a rejuvenation, prioritised the importance of team culture and unity, and created a positive environment for players to develop and thrive in. His leadership saw the Subway Socceroos achieve their best ever performance at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and the future of Australian football has never looked brighter under his tenure.
