Appointed as President, Asia Pacific in January 2020, Eric leads the transformation journey for Subway in the region, including the brand’s solid recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.

With a background in investment banking and management, Eric has been in the QSR industry for over 20 years, serving in regional senior leadership roles at Burger King, McDonalds, Dairy Queen International and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

A health and fitness enthusiast, Eric is committed to regular exercise and a balanced diet, with medium distance runs and Subway sandwiches at the heart of his routine.

Eric is married with three adult children.
